Please review our Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us. By “us” we refer to The Lazy Crew or www.thelazycrew.com.

Please note, we are not a regular fashion brand. All designs are specially customized and made exclusively for you. We try our 100% to give you a high-quality product to make you 100% satisfied.

Our Shipping & Delivery Options
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

We offer FREE shipping within a 3-4 days on all orders placed with us.

Cash On Delivery is available with a service charge of ₹50

Our turnaround time is one of the fastest in the industry, but if you require an even faster delivery, we will work with you to determine the best available PRIORITY SHIPPING and most cost-effective options with variable applicable charges a minimum of which is ₹50.

We also offer return and replacement of products within 10 days of receiving the delivery.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some inter-state deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the state where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

Delayed Orders

What if the status says delivered but the product hasn't arrived?
If you haven't received your shipment but the status shows Delivered, don't worry; we can assist you in determining who has collected the goods by requesting Proof of Delivery (POD) or Delivery Receipt Sip (DRS Copy) from the Courier Company.

It will take 4-5 business days for the courier company to respond with the POD or DRS; once received, we will share the same with you via the message section (on the Jobs page); please allow us additional time to handle this. Meanwhile, please verify with reception/security/neighbours to see whether someone on your behalf has received the shipment. If not, please let us know and we will inquire.
